Roadmap

Approvals: one tap in the portal sends your keyword to Instinct over your existing chat - he already honors SHIP/YES-style keywords.
One-click actions: queue a request; Instinct picks it up and reports back into the action log.
Health, DNS, costs: Instinct already ran these for real to build this page; on a schedule they refresh themselves.
Action log: Instinct writes every action here as it happens - automatic documentation.

Approved direction. Staged only; production changes require approval.

NINJAONE / MESHCENTRAL ACCEPTANCE GAPS

No feature superiority claim yet. Unproven: signed agent distribution, remote control, OS patch installation, rollback, script execution, continuous monitoring, mobile workflows and tenant isolation. Each requires real end-to-end tests plus current competitor comparison. Screens alone do not establish parity.
